Ukraine has changed the transit rules for vaccinated foreigners

From September 20, 2021, foreigners and stateless persons entering Ukraine (within 48 hours) are exempt from self-isolation, testing, and the Act at Home application (Diy Vdoma App) installation.

Holding health insurance is still imperative. Also, the vaccinated foreigners must have one of the following documents when entering the country:

  • ▪️ one dose or full vaccination certificate,
  • ▪️ foreign COVID-certificate or negative PCR or recovery certificate,
  • ▪️ negative PCR or Ag-test (72 hours prior).

These requirements do not apply to children under the age of 12.

Unvaccinated foreigners should have a negative test and install the Act at Home application (Diy Vdoma App) for self-isolation control. One can stop it once tested negative again within 72 hours.
